For your comfort:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that we may take care of you for the full time that you have reserved.

As each guest is unique, please let us know in advance of special conditions that the therapist should be aware of such as high blood pressure, pregnancy, or heart conditions, etc.

As a courtesy to our guest, cellular phones, pagers and smoking is not permitted in the spa. Thank you for understanding.

Product Returns:
Due to sanitary conditions, we are unable to accept returns or refunds on opened cosmetics.

Cancellation:
24 hours notice is required for cancellations and reschedules or will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled appointment. Spa packages require a credit card confirmation to reserve the package time and 48 hours notice in advance or will be charged for the full amount of the spa package.

Gratuity:
Services do not include gratuity. Gratuities are appreciated.
